Please note that applications for this program are not accepted through Grants.Gov. You can only use our Application System for the grant program and submit your application through it. For more information, select "Apply Now" tab.
The program is also intended to encourage a more comprehensive approach to creating funding assistance to individual and small business affected by rising natural occurrences such as covid 19, pollution, flood e.t.c.
Eligibility & Who may apply?

Individuals affected must have suffered a property loss or income in recent years. This includes inability to go to work.;

Individuals who left their last job can show it was for a good cause (such as unsafe working conditions).

Small businesses affected by natural disaster and got denied upon applying for governmental loans.

Individuals and small business in need to housing or rent assistance.

Are unemployed because you are a victim of domestic violence, stalking, sexual assault or disaster.
What funding is available?
Under HBFAP, approximately $90 million is made available each quarter to Grantwatch federal grant agency
